This property consists of two independent spaces located in Sainte-Maxime, just 100 m from the beach: the garden level of Villa Strelitzia and a separate guest house. Only these two spaces are included in the rental; the rest of the villa is not part of the offer. The owners live on the upper floor of the villa, above the rented accommodation. Total capacity: up to 12 guests—8 in the garden level (4 bedrooms, living room, bathroom, shower room) and 4 in the guest house (1 bedroom, living room, shower room). You will enjoy a private pool, a pétanque court, a Balinese patio, and a garden shared between both spaces. Amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TVs, two washing machines, three hairdryers, and barbecues. Parking is available in front of the house with an electric charging station. Events are not permitted on the property.
